Creamy Berry Skillet Bake

Weekends as many know are the time I love to make a big breakfast for the family. Brunching as we like to call it.

If you have been looking at new ideas for easy breakfast recipes that still leave everyone raving - look no further! This super easy recipe definitely checks that box.


CREAMY BAKED BERRY SKILLET RECIPE


WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 Roll of Pillsbury flaky rolls (or biscuits)

  • 1/2 brick (4oz) cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup icing sugar

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 1/2- 2 cups of fruit of your choice (I used 1 fresh peach, 1/2 cup strawberries and 1/2 cup blueberries)

  • 8” skillet or casserole dish

DIRECTIONS


1. In a microwave safe bowl combine cream cheese and icing sugar and microwave for 30-40 seconds. Stir until creamy and combined. Add lemon juice and cinnamon. Stir.
2. Cube dough sections into quarters. Fold them and the fruit into the cream cheese mixture.
3. Lay in your skillet or baking dish.
4. Bake at 350F on your grill or in your oven for 30-45 min.
5. Serve warm.
