Pit Boss - Blueberry Brioche French Toast Bake

It's funny how recipes become what they are. this was a recipe of opportunity. We'd had a birthday party for my daughter and ended up with a ton of leftover buns. I had no idea how we would consume so many carbs. The freezer is only so big. So the idea of making things like croutons and bakes were very quickly put to task. This is how this recipe was created. In addition to having some fresh blueberries on hand and a bunch of brioche slider buns we went to task.

This recipe is perfect for camping, using up leftover buns and is great if prepped the night before! Simply prep and keep chilled until you are ready to bake.🫐🥚🍞🍶
