Whipped Honey Butter

I fell in love with this creamy sweet butter this summer when I received a package from Peace River Honey. Their quality products were easy to fall in love with I now use them almost daily. 

This recipe is best using room temperature butter and a stand mixer. I used creamed honey which I found gave it the best results. 

Where to use it:

• Sweet corn

• Fresh baked pastries

• Toasted bagels

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Salted butter

• 1/2 cup Peace River Creamed Honey 
  

Directions

Mix for 1 min or until whipped and fluffy. Serve immediately. 

Perfect for: Fresh sweet corn, corn bread, toast, and much more.
