About Steph Foster

ABOUT ME

As a born and raised in Southwestern Ontario Canada, I take pride in creating family friendly feasts.  I am not a professionally trained chef or a trained pitmaster but my entire life has involved my love of food and cooking. I currently live in the country with my husband and kids. 

WHERE DID I LEARN TO COOK?

I am a home cook and backyard griller who shares all my adventures with my social community. I love food. I love growing it, experimenting with it and of course eating it. Above all that, I love how food brings people together. 

I worked in the hospitality industry for several years learning a lot of the ground work and basic cooking techniques. I've applied that knowledge over the years as I developed and honed in on my skills mastering many recipes and styles of cooking. I loved seeing how much people loved eating quality prepared food. There's a feeling in that that is hard to describe.

Cooking is my stress release and even as a busy full time working mom, my grills and cooking tools allow me to create amazing feasts for my family with very little effort. 

WHY DID I START FOSTER FEASTS?

I started Foster Feasts as a small page on Instagram thinking I didn't want to annoy my circle with my food pictures. Now I have learned I can inspire and impact them in such a profound way. This has been an amazing experience and I look forward to sharing my love of food with you all.
